I'm a Human Resources professional by trade. Over the past 14 years I've had the opportunity to work with some of the best (and worst) people managers, leaders and employees in both large and growing startup organizations.

I hold an MBA but I'm not an academic. In fact, I found alternatives that allowed me to graduate from high school a year early and moved to Australia at 18 to pursue a vocational degree vs. staying in the traditional US system. As a millennial, I too appreciate engaging content that is delivered in a fast, simple and digestible way.
